Business Systems Intern (Summer 2025)

Job Description

- This is a unique opportunity to work at an AI startup with a real product at the ground level
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Management
- Assist in defining product strategy and roadmaps for both BrixAI™ Core and WikyAI™
- Work closely with engineers to scope and prioritize features.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on AI and business application trends.
2. Engineering & Technical Support
- Contribute to prototyping and feature testing, even if not a core developer.
- Support debugging and troubleshooting issues related to AI models and integrations.
- Manage data pipelines and oversee content ingestion processes for the WikyAI™.
- Work with APIs and automation tools to streamline workflows.
3. Growth & Marketing
- Help define the go-to-market strategy and execute growth experiments.
- Create marketing content such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Optimize SEO and social media presence to attract users.
- Collaborate with sales and customer teams to refine messaging and positioning.
4. Customer Success & Support
- Engage with early adopters to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Address customer issues by working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
- Develop documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases to improve user experience.
- Gather and analyze customer data to improve retention and engagement.
5. Operations & Strategy
- Assist with fundraising efforts, investor relations, and pitch decks.
- Streamline internal processes to improve team efficiency.
- Set up analytics dashboards to track key metrics.
- Handle ad hoc projects that support scaling the startup.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing, Sales, and Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales strategies, and social media management within the AI industry. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing AlygnAI™’s brand presence across multiple platforms, engaging with our target audience, and supporting our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and curate engaging content for all AlygnAI™
- social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Snap, Discord, X, YouTube, and Bluesky.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience engagement, and relevant discussions to inform content strategy.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that align with AlygnAI™’s brand identity.
- Assist in writing compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Sales Support:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends relevant to AlygnAI™’s products.
- Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Support lead-generation efforts through outreach and follow-up communications.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community across all social media platforms.
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and partners to expand AlygnAI™’s reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and B2B marketing is a plus.
